The core principles include calming inflammation, improving digestion and bowel regularity, supporting the gut lining and microbiome diversity, identifying common food triggers, and enhancing sleep, stress management, and recovery.

Yes! Our programs are simple and accessible for all levels. You can select your fitness level and choose between gym or home-based workouts. Each exercise comes with video demonstrations.

Not at all. There are two options available- At Home or Gym along with two fitness levels – beginner or intermediate to advanced.

You'll need resistance bands and, if working out from home, a set of dumbbells. Affordable options are available at Kmart and Big W.

Check-ins are NOT required. The self managed program allows you to start on your own terms, whenever you're ready.
