She battled an eating disorder and learned that fad diets, excessive cardio, and restrictive habits only led to an unhappy life. With the right guidance & her advanced education in meal planning, overall nutrition & fitness, Vanessa now lives a diet-free life which she now teaches others. DVP Fitness guides, educates, and motivates women to live an empowered lifestyle with sustainable habits that are life changing. Vanessa and the team at DVP Fitness help women prioritise their health and mental wellbeing for long-term success. DVP Fitness is designed to work with any lifestyle, including mums, to achieve life-changing outcomes.

Meet Audrey, DVP Fitness’ Senior online nutrition + fitness coach. Her passion for fitness and nutrition developed in high school and led her to study a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University, which she successfully graduated from in 2023. Audrey believes in implementing daily healthy habits and self-discipline to achieve long-term, sustainable results, instead of quick fixes that are unrealistic. She struggled in the past with balancing her health and fitness goals while still enjoying her social life, but with the right education and tools, she found a way to achieve her goals while living her ideal lifestyle. Audrey’s aim is not just to help women reach their physique goals, but also to improve their mindsets and lifestyles, so they can continue their journey on their own. Together with Vanessa, she will support and guide clients towards becoming the best version of themselves.

Accredited Nutritionist (Specialising in Nutrition for Anxiety & Depression)
Meet our coach Ana. Ana grew up grew up in a Colombian family who struggled with their weight but loved food. She always thought that it was genetics and nothing was going to help her change her body composition and most importantly the way she felt about herself. One day, she decided that those beliefs were limiting and that is when she decided to change the narrative, educate herself on nutrition, how our bodies work and how mental health /physical health are related.
Ana now advocates on how a change of lifestyle is much more than the way we look, it’s the way we feel and also how we view ourselves and feel in our environment. She has now decided to dedicate her life to her two passions which are changing lives, empowering people and creating music. Her mission is to have a positive impact in peoples lives and help empower them, help them get to know their hormones and how they influence their body and your overall mental health.

Meet Alex, DVP Fitness’ assistant nutrition + fitness coach. Alex grew up being very active and always playing sport. She did athletics for over 10 years, also being involved in football, swimming, handball and netball. This is definitely where her passion stemmed from.
Unfortunately when she hit her 20’s she went through a period of having an unhealthy relationship with food and a very negative body image. This is when she knew she had to educate myself and learn the basics. Her ambitions include becoming a sports dietitian and assisting as many people and athletes and aim’s to educate people in a way that is individualised and show them that food is fuel.
