Vanessa Panella founded DVP Fitness to help busy women & couples build sustainable nutrition, mindset, and exercise habits that fit their lifestyles. Having battled an eating disorder, she knows firsthand that fad diets, excessive cardio, and restrictive habits lead to frustration and unhappiness. Through her advanced education in meal planning, nutrition, and fitness, Vanessa discovered a balanced, diet-free approach—one she now teaches to others.

As a mum of two, Vanessa understands the challenges of prioritizing health while juggling daily responsibilities. She specializes in working with pre- and post-natal clients, as well as women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and other hormonal changes.

ALEXANDRA MARIN

Meet Alex, DVP Fitness’ nutrition + fitness coach, who specialises in exercise science. Alex grew up being very active and always playing sport. She did athletics for over 10 years, also being involved in football, swimming, handball and netball. This is definitely where her passion stemmed from.

Unfortunately when she hit her 20’s she went through a period of having an unhealthy relationship with food and a very negative body image. This is when she knew she had to educate myself and learn the basics. Her ambitions include becoming a sports dietitian and assisting as many people and athletes and aim’s to educate people in a way that is individualised and show them that food is fuel.

In her own words ‘Let’s be real, who doesn’t love a fresh vanilla slice on a Sunday adventure or a bowl of delicious pasta on a Saturday night out with the girls’

She understands that every woman’s journey is unique, which is why she takes a personalized approach—ensuring workouts are efficient, meal plans are realistic, and progress is sustainable.
