Chicken stir-fry (444 cals)

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g Basmati rice microwaveable pouch - cooked weight

  • 50ml Ayam premium light coconut milk

  • 100g chicken breast

  • 200g Birdseye thai stir fry veg

  • 25g onion - chopped

  • 14g Mingle No Nasties green curry in a hurry spice blend

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook chicken on non stick pan with choice of herbs

  2. Mix your veggies and chicken in the pan together and pour your coconut milk into the pan

  3. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before adding in the spice blend

  4. Serve with rice
