  • 200g Coles DELI thawed basa filets

  • 30g avocado

  • 60g lettuce shredded

  • 125g Coles long grain rice (microwaveable)

  • 80g tomato chopped

  • 80g red cabbage

  • 80g carrots (shredded)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook fish filets with your choice of seasoning

  2. Create nourish bowl by chopping up all veggies, microwaving the rice and mixing it with the fish
