COLLAGEN MARS BAR SLICE (100 CALORIES)

INGREDIENTS

  • 192g Mars bar slice

  • 130g easter egg chocolate

  • 60g nuttelex lite

  • 100g easter egg white chocolate

  • 50ml oat or almond milk

  • 2 scoops Welltech complete collagen protein (choc marshmallow) - purchase from Nutrition Capital (code: DVP10)

  • 250g freedom foods rice puffs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop up mars bar slice & melt in a saucepan with nuttelex

  2. In a large mixing bowl add the rice puffs & pour the melted mars bar mix into the bowl & mix well

  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper & pour the mix in and pat down firmly. Set in the fridge for half an hour

  4. Heat all your easter chocolate in a saucepan with 2 scoops of the protein powder & once the rice puff/mars mix is set in the fridge pour it straight over the top

  5. Set in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove & cut into 32 slices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
