COLLAGEN MARS BAR SLICE (100 CALORIES)
INGREDIENTS
192g Mars bar slice
130g easter egg chocolate
60g nuttelex lite
100g easter egg white chocolate
50ml oat or almond milk
2 scoops Welltech complete collagen protein (choc marshmallow) - purchase from Nutrition Capital (code: DVP10)
250g freedom foods rice puffs
DIRECTIONS
Chop up mars bar slice & melt in a saucepan with nuttelex
In a large mixing bowl add the rice puffs & pour the melted mars bar mix into the bowl & mix well
Line a baking tray with baking paper & pour the mix in and pat down firmly. Set in the fridge for half an hour
Heat all your easter chocolate in a saucepan with 2 scoops of the protein powder & once the rice puff/mars mix is set in the fridge pour it straight over the top
Set in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove & cut into 32 slices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
