MOUSSE TARTS (recipe serves 4)(VE) (145 cals each)
INGREDIENTS
40g Red Dragon Casein mousse - any flavour (Nutrition Capital - CODE: DVP10)
110-120ml cold water
4x Pampas frozen pastry tart sweets
3x biscoff biscuits
DIRECTIONS
Place brown pastry tarts in air fryer for 3-4 minutes and set aside
Place protein mousse and water into a bowl and mix well until smooth consistency is created
Distribute mousse evenly into tart shells
Grate 1 biscoff biscuit evenly over 4 tarts and cut reaming biscoff biscuits in half and place on top of each tart to finish
