MOUSSE TARTS (recipe serves 4)(VE) (145 cals each)

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Red Dragon Casein mousse - any flavour (Nutrition Capital - CODE: DVP10)

  • 110-120ml cold water

  • 4x Pampas frozen pastry tart sweets

  • 3x biscoff biscuits

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place brown pastry tarts in air fryer for 3-4 minutes and set aside

  2. Place protein mousse and water into a bowl and mix well until smooth consistency is created

  3. Distribute mousse evenly into tart shells

  4. Grate 1 biscoff biscuit evenly over 4 tarts and cut reaming biscoff biscuits in half and place on top of each tart to finish
