SWEET POTATO AND CHICKEN SALAD (339 cals)

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g sweet potato

  • 100g chicken breast

  • 100g tomato chopped

  • 100g cucumber chopped

  • 30g Coles bocconcini

  • 20g Praise 99% fat free mayo

  • 1/2 lemon sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook chicken on non stick pan with choice of seasoning

  2. Air-fry or oven bake sweet potato

  3. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl, top with mayo
