choc chip baked oats (354 cals)
INGREDIENTS- SERVES 4
100g Red Tractor Australian Rolled Oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 large banana, peeled and chopped
30g of protein powder (preference is Iso-ripped in salted caramel by Primabolics from Nutrition Capital (CODE: DVP10 for discount)
1 tbsp Queens sugar free maple syrup
2 large eggs
pinch of mixed spice or ground cinnamon
100g Noshu 95% Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips (You can substitute for blueberries to reduce calories & fat content)
DIRECTIONS
1.If you're cooking them in the oven, heat it to 180C/160C fan forced.
2. Put the oats in a blender and pulse a few times until they start to resemble flour. Add the baking powder, chopped banana, maple syrup, eggs and mixed spice or cinnamon, and whizz until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips or berries.
3. Place the mix into a lined baking dish or individual small baking ramekins & bake for 20-25 mins in the oven until well-risen and the baked oats spring back when lightly pressed. Scatter with more chocolate chips or berries before serving, if you like.
