CHICKEN PAD THAI (440 CALS)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 1)
50g Mr Chen Premium Pad Thai rice noodles
100g Chicken breast
1 large egg (50 grams)
100g Mixed vegetables
50g Passage To Asia Pad Thai Stir-Fry sauce
DIRECTIONS
Boil/cook noodles as per directions whilst you are cooking chicken on a pan with your choice of seasoning.
Add in egg, cooked noodles, veggies to the pan with the cooked chicken.
Top with sauce.
Mix well and serve up in a bowl.
