CHICKEN PAD THAI (440 CALS)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 1)

  • 50g Mr Chen Premium Pad Thai rice noodles

  • 100g Chicken breast

  • 1 large egg (50 grams)

  • 100g Mixed vegetables

  • 50g Passage To Asia Pad Thai Stir-Fry sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil/cook noodles as per directions whilst you are cooking chicken on a pan with your choice of seasoning.

  2. Add in egg, cooked noodles, veggies to the pan with the cooked chicken.

  3. Top with sauce.

  4. Mix well and serve up in a bowl.
