CHICKEN TACO BOWL (400 cals)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 3)

  • 300g chicken mince

  • 1 packed old el paso taco seasoning (30g)

  • 50g mission white strip corn chips

  • 100g cucumber

  • 100g tomato

  • 100g tin corn

  • 100g avocado

  • 50g red onion

  • 30g bulla light sour cream

  • 5g olive oil spray

  • 1 lime or lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fry off onion and then add mince to the pan, cook according to seasoning instructions (add salt).

  2. Chop up other ingredients place in bowl, add meat on top separately each day after heating and top with sour cream.

  3. Drizzle lemon on top and sprinkle coriander.

  4. Scatter chips around sides of the bowl.

  5. If you are making 1 serve, divide the number of grams for each ingredient by 3.
