CARAMEL BISCOFF OVERNIGHT WEET-BIX (387 CALS)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 1)

  • 40g Sanitarium weet-bix

  • 170g YoPro salted caramel yoghurt

  • 80ml Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk

  • 80g Frozen mixed berries

  • 20ml Natvia caramel topping

  • 1x pack of the Lotus biscoff biscuits (2x mini biscuits)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Crush weetbix in a container.

  2. Pour milk over crushed weetbix, mix and pat down evenly.

  3. Top with yoghurt, berries, crushed lotus biscuits and drizzle caramel topping on top.

  4. Set overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning.
