INGREDIENTS

  • 125g Coles long grain white rice (microwaveable pouch - cooked weight)

  • 100g eggs

  • 40g onion - chopped

  • 75g Birdseye frozen vegetables

  • 20g lettuce

  • 10ml Ayam light soy sauce

  • 15g Praise 99% fat free mayo

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook eggs on non-stick pan

  2. Once the eggs are cooked, mix in your rice and vegetables

  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and top with soy sauce and mayo
