GARLIC PRAWNS, RICE + VEGGIES (480 cals)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 1)

  • 150g prawns - raw

  • 100g cooked jasmine rice

  • 50g light cream

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Salt and pepper + half lemon

  • 100g coles asia style salad kit

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray olive oil on a pan and cook prawns with garlic.

  2. Then add cream, lemon salt and pepper to the pan and mix well.

  3. Dress the salad and put it on a plate next to the rice and place prawns with sauce on top.
