GARLIC PRAWNS, RICE + VEGGIES (480 cals)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 1)
150g prawns - raw
100g cooked jasmine rice
50g light cream
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper + half lemon
100g coles asia style salad kit
DIRECTIONS
Spray olive oil on a pan and cook prawns with garlic.
Then add cream, lemon salt and pepper to the pan and mix well.
Dress the salad and put it on a plate next to the rice and place prawns with sauce on top.
