PRAWN OMELETTE (342 cals)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 1)
2 eggs
100g prawns
50g shredded carrots
50g bean sprouts
1 garlic clove
5g sesame oil
3g sesame seeds
Coriander, chilli, thai basil and seasoning to taste
DIRECTIONS
Fry off prawns in sesame oil and garlic, then set aside.
Beat eggs and put in frying pan to make frittata wrap.
Cook both sides and then put cooked prawns on one side of the egg wrap.
Layer with carrots and bean sprouts herbs and fold over to make a wrap.
Top with sesame seeds.
