INGREDIENTS

150g mango
30g avocado
200g cucumber
1 tablespoon of chopped shallots
1 cup chopped coriander (optional)
100g lettuce
150g cooked chicken breast
100g cherry tomatoes
20ml Praise 99% fat free salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
Cook diced chicken breast on a non stick pan.
Add diced mango, avocado, cucumber, shallots, lettuce and tomatoes into a bowl.
Top with cooked chicken breast & add coriander
Dress with salad dressing & season with salt and pepper.
