MANGO CHICKEN SALAD (471 calories)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 1)

  • 150g mango

  • 30g avocado

  • 200g cucumber

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped shallots

  • 1 cup chopped coriander (optional)

  • 100g lettuce

  • 150g cooked chicken breast

  • 100g cherry tomatoes

  • 20ml Praise 99% fat free salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook diced chicken breast on a non stick pan.

  2. Add diced mango, avocado, cucumber, shallots, lettuce and tomatoes into a bowl.

  3. Top with cooked chicken breast & add coriander

  4. Dress with salad dressing & season with salt and pepper.
