OVERNIGHT MANGO & WHITE CHOC OATS (428 cals)

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Coles quick oats

  • 115ml Blue diamond unsweetened almond milk

  • 5g white chia seeds

  • 100g Danone Yo-pro yoghurt in vanilla

  • 10g Vitawerx white choc (or well naturally white choc from Coles/Woolworths)

  • 25g Reset nutrition mango tango collagen protein (or protein of choice)

  • 50g frozen mango

  • 15ml Queens sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the oats, milk and chia seeds in a container whilst white choc is melting in the microwave or stove

  2. Mix protein with yoghurt and spread over oat mixture and then top spread white chocolate over the top

  3. Top with mango and maple syrup and then set in fridge overnight
