HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN PASTA BAKE (572 cals)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 5)

  • 75g tasty cheese (light)

  • 500g Vetta smart protein penne pasta

  • 500g diced chicken breast

  • 500g Leggos creamy tomato & mozzarella pasta bake sauce

  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. On a non-stick pan cook chicken breast & season with salt & herbs of choice

  2. Boil pasta at the same time you are cooking the chicken breast

  3. Place cooked pasta & chicken breast with sauce in a big mixing bowl & combine

  4. Place all ingredients into a baking dish & top with tasty cheese. (add salt if you desire)

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees fan forced.

  6. Remove & serve
