HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN PASTA BAKE (572 cals)
INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 5)
75g tasty cheese (light)
500g Vetta smart protein penne pasta
500g diced chicken breast
500g Leggos creamy tomato & mozzarella pasta bake sauce
Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
On a non-stick pan cook chicken breast & season with salt & herbs of choice
Boil pasta at the same time you are cooking the chicken breast
Place cooked pasta & chicken breast with sauce in a big mixing bowl & combine
Place all ingredients into a baking dish & top with tasty cheese. (add salt if you desire)
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees fan forced.
Remove & serve
