  • 1 Coles I’m free from gluten bagel

  • 20g Avocado

  • 10g Spinach

  • 50g Tomato

  • 120g Chicken breast (raw weight)

  • 25g Bega plant based cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast bagel whilst you cook chicken fresh on a non-stick pan.

  2. Shred or strip your cooked chicken.

  3. Assemble everything into the bagel.

  4. Optional- place in sandwich maker to melt cheese.
