180g Coles crumbed pork schnitzel
100g zucchini
100 cauliflower
15g Heinz 99% sugar free ketchup
DIRECTIONS
Chop up all veggies and season it with choice of herbs = cook this in oven until crispy
Place schnitzel in oven or air fryer
