INGREDIENTS

  • 180g Coles crumbed pork schnitzel

  • 100g zucchini

  • 100 cauliflower

  • 15g Heinz 99% sugar free ketchup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop up all veggies and season it with choice of herbs = cook this in oven until crispy

  2. Place schnitzel in oven or air fryer
