TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS (354 cals)

INGREDIENTS

(SERVES 1)

  • 40g quick oats

  • 10g chia seeds

  • 60ml skim milk

  • 1 expresso coffee shot (optional)

  • 20g queens sugar free maple syrup

  • 70g YoPro vanilla yoghurt

  • 15g Coles perform protein powder (or protein of choice)

  • 3g cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small container, mix together the oats, chai seeds, protein powder, ilk, maple syrup and coffee.

  2. Let it set overnight in fridge (or for at least 2 hours).

  3. Top with yoghurt and cocoa powder.
