INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 1)
40g quick oats
10g chia seeds
60ml skim milk
1 expresso coffee shot (optional)
20g queens sugar free maple syrup
70g YoPro vanilla yoghurt
15g Coles perform protein powder (or protein of choice)
3g cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
In a small container, mix together the oats, chai seeds, protein powder, ilk, maple syrup and coffee.
Let it set overnight in fridge (or for at least 2 hours).
Top with yoghurt and cocoa powder.
