PRAWN NOODLE STIR FRY (363 cals)

INGREDIENTS

  • 115g Udon Kantong Inspirations noodles

  • 120g Coles prawns (raw and peeled)

  • 1x packet Birdseye frozen mix vegetables (peas, corn and broc)

  • 30g Masterfoods satay marinade

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook prawns on non stick pan (drizzle lemon whilst cooking)

  2. Boil noodles (follow packet instruction)

  3. Microwave frozen vegetables

  4. On the pan, mix all ingredients and add sauce
